Acceptance of these terms

EnrichedTrade is owned and operated by EnrichedTrade LLC, a Washington limited liability company (“EnrichedTrade,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions are an agreement between you and EnrichedTrade LLC.

By accessing or using EnrichedTrade, creating an account, or subscribing to a paid offering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you use EnrichedTrade for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on that organization's behalf.

Eligibility and account responsibility

You may use EnrichedTrade only if you can form a binding agreement where you live and are legally permitted to use the service. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping it current.

Keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and should notify us promptly if you believe it has been accessed without permission.

Informational and educational service

EnrichedTrade publishes general educational and informational market research, including technical analysis, market context, written commentary, and options-related ideas for a general audience. The service is designed for self-directed review.

Content may discuss securities, options, market conditions, or trading approaches. You should not treat that content as a complete account of any security, strategy, or market condition.

No individualized advice or fiduciary relationship

EnrichedTrade does not provide individualized investment advice. We do not know your financial circumstances, objectives, risk tolerance, account size, time horizon, tax position, or other personal factors, and the service does not account for them.

Your use of EnrichedTrade does not create a fiduciary relationship. Nothing on the service is a direction for you to buy, sell, hold, exercise, or refrain from trading any security or option.

Risk of loss and options-specific risks

Markets involve risk, and you can lose money. Options involve substantial risk and are not suitable for every investor. An option buyer can lose the entire premium paid. Depending on the position, an options seller may face losses that substantially exceed the premium received.

Options values can be affected by leverage, volatility, time decay, liquidity, spreads, assignment, early exercise, and rapid market movements. Review the Risk Disclosure before subscribing or acting on any content.

Your decisions and professional advice

You alone are responsible for your research, trading decisions, orders, positions, and results. Before making a decision, evaluate the information independently and consider whether it fits your circumstances.

Consult qualified financial, legal, tax, and other professionals as appropriate for your situation. Do not use money you cannot afford to lose.

No guarantees or performance promises

EnrichedTrade does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, profitability, suitability, or outcome of any content, idea, signal, analysis, or feature. Market conditions can change quickly, and past results do not indicate future results.

Nothing on the service is a promise or representation that any strategy, position, or account will achieve a particular result.

Market data and third-party information

The service may include information from public, market-data, news, charting, broker, or other third-party sources. That information may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. EnrichedTrade does not control third-party sources and is not responsible for their content, availability, or actions.

You are responsible for confirming current prices, quotes, corporate actions, trading availability, and other information with sources you consider appropriate before acting.

Permitted use and prohibited conduct

Subject to these terms, you may use EnrichedTrade for your personal, lawful, non-commercial use. You may not use the service in a way that interferes with its operation or another person's use of it.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, scrape, harvest, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, misrepresent affiliation, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity. You may not share paid content or account access unless we expressly permit it.

Intellectual property and personal license

EnrichedTrade and its content, including research, writing, visual design, trademarks, and software, are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. As between you and EnrichedTrade, EnrichedTrade retains all rights not expressly granted to you.

While you comply with these terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not permit copying, distribution, resale, or public display of the content except with written permission.

Subscriptions and billing

If you purchase a subscription, the price, billing interval, renewal information, and other checkout terms displayed when you purchase apply to that transaction. Any cancellation or refund terms apply only where they are separately posted, such as in our Refunds & Cancellation policy, or presented to you at checkout.

You are responsible for reviewing the displayed checkout terms before completing a purchase. Nothing in these Terms adds a refund right or changes a separately posted cancellation or refund term.

Availability and changes to the service

We may update, suspend, remove, or modify any part of EnrichedTrade at any time, including content, features, access methods, and availability. We do not promise that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EnrichedTrade is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or reliability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EnrichedTrade LLC, its members and managers, and the people involved in providing EnrichedTrade will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, trading losses, or other losses arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the service.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EnrichedTrade LLC, its members and managers, and the people involved in providing EnrichedTrade from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to EnrichedTrade if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the service or others, or used the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property, warranty, liability, indemnity, and enforcement provisions, will survive to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing law and venue

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to EnrichedTrade, are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Any lawsuit or other legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or EnrichedTrade must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you and EnrichedTrade LLC consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. This section does not limit any right you have under the consumer-protection laws of the place where you live that cannot be waived by agreement.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Risk Disclosure, Privacy Policy, and Refunds & Cancellation policy, which form part of these Terms, are the entire agreement between you and EnrichedTrade LLC about the service.

If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date. Your continued use of EnrichedTrade after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
