Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using EnrichedTrade, creating an account, or subscribing to a paid offering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you use EnrichedTrade for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on that organization's behalf.

Eligibility and account responsibility

You may use EnrichedTrade only if you can form a binding agreement where you live and are legally permitted to use the service. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping it current.

EnrichedTrade and its content, including research, writing, visual design, trademarks, and software, are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. As between you and EnrichedTrade, EnrichedTrade retains all rights not expressly granted to you.

While you comply with these terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not permit copying, distribution, resale, or public display of the content except with written permission.

Subscriptions and billing

If you purchase a subscription, the price, billing interval, renewal information, and other checkout terms displayed when you purchase apply to that transaction. Any cancellation or refund terms apply only where they are separately posted or presented to you at checkout.

You are responsible for reviewing the displayed checkout terms before completing a purchase. Nothing in these Terms adds a refund right or changes a separately posted cancellation or refund term.

Availability and changes to the service

We may update, suspend, remove, or modify any part of EnrichedTrade at any time, including content, features, access methods, and availability. We do not promise that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Disclaimer of warranties

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EnrichedTrade and the people involved in providing it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, trading losses, or other losses arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the service.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EnrichedTrade and the people involved in providing it from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to EnrichedTrade if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the service or others, or used the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property, warranty, liability, indemnity, and enforcement provisions, will survive to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date. Your continued use of EnrichedTrade after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
