Who we are

EnrichedTrade is owned and operated by EnrichedTrade LLC, a Washington limited liability company (“EnrichedTrade,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Privacy Policy covers the EnrichedTrade website at enrichedtrade.com, account sign-in, the Signal Flow member workspace, signal and account emails, and support you request by email. It is part of our Terms & Conditions.

Information we collect

Account information. If you have an EnrichedTrade account, we hold your email address, your password, and basic account details such as when the account was created and whether it has member access. Passwords are handled by our sign-in provider and stored in hashed form. We cannot see your password.

Subscription and payment information. If you buy a subscription, your payment is processed by our payment processor, Stripe. Stripe collects your card details directly. EnrichedTrade does not receive or store your full card number or security code. We receive what we need to manage your subscription, such as your name, email address, billing country or postal code, plan, payment status, and renewal dates.

Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and anything else you choose to include.

Technical information. When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, and the date and time of each request. This information is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, and diagnose problems.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• Create and secure your account and keep you signed in
• Give members access to the Signal Flow workspace and deliver signals by email
• Process subscriptions, renewals, and cancellations
• Send service messages about your account, billing, or changes to our policies
• Answer your questions and support requests
• Protect the site against fraud, abuse, and security threats
• Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations

Any marketing email we send will include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop service messages about your account or subscription.

Cookies and browser storage

When you sign in, the site stores a sign-in token in your browser so that you stay signed in and can reach members-only pages. You can remove it by signing out or clearing your browser data.

When enabled, Meta advertising tools use cookies and browser identifiers as described below. You can block advertising scripts or cookies through your browser. The site does not respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

How information is shared

We do not sell or rent your personal information. When enabled, we share advertising event data with Meta as described below.

We share information only with service providers that help us run EnrichedTrade, and only as much as they need to do that work:

• Netlify hosts the website and runs account sign-in and member features
• Stripe processes subscription payments
• Google provides the Gmail account we use for support email
• An email delivery provider sends signal and account emails on our behalf

We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process; to protect the rights, safety, or property of EnrichedTrade, our members, or others; or as part of a merger, sale, or transfer of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred.

How long we keep information

We keep account information while your account is open. After an account is closed, we delete or de-identify it within a reasonable time, except for records we must keep for legal, tax, accounting, or dispute purposes, such as billing records. Support emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and keep a record of it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to close your account, by emailing EnrichedTrade@gmail.com from the email address on your account. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and some information may be kept where the law requires it.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under local law. We will honor those rights where they apply.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS connections, hashed passwords, and access controls that limit member pages to signed-in members and publishing tools to the publishing account. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.

Do not send card numbers, brokerage logins, or other sensitive financial information to us by email.

Children

EnrichedTrade is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Where information is processed

EnrichedTrade LLC is based in the United States. Our service providers process information in the United States and in other countries where they operate. By using EnrichedTrade, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as EnrichedTrade or its data practices change. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date. If we make a material change, we will also tell members by email or on the site.

Free recap emails and advertising measurement

When you sign up for the free weekly recap, we store your email address, signup date, unsubscribe status, and welcome sequence progress in Netlify Database. Resend delivers the Sunday recap and five welcome emails. Each email includes an unsubscribe link that opens a confirmation page; confirming stops both recap and welcome emails. Email providers may also offer a one-click unsubscribe. This does not cancel paid membership or signal alerts.

We capture campaign parameters (UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and term), advertising click IDs (fbclid and gclid), the referring URL, and your landing path in first-party browser storage for 30 days. We send these details with recap signups and checkout creation and store them with your signup and Stripe Checkout Session and subscription metadata to understand which campaigns lead to signups and purchases. Clearing browser storage removes the browser copy.

When configured, the Meta Pixel sends page views, recap signups, checkout starts, and successful purchases to Meta. The Meta Conversions API also sends signup and purchase events from our server, with a SHA-256 hashed email address, browser and click identifiers (_fbp and _fbc), and a shared event ID to prevent counting a browser and server event twice. Purchase events include the plan value and USD currency. Hashing helps match events; it does not make the information anonymous. Meta may use this information for advertising measurement, attribution, and ad delivery under its own privacy policy.

You can block Meta scripts and cookies in your browser and manage advertising preferences with Meta. To request access to or deletion of stored recap or attribution data, email enrichedtrade@gmail.com. We retain subscriber and delivery records as needed to deliver emails, honor unsubscribe requests, and prevent duplicate sends.
