Cancel a future renewal

To cancel a recurring subscription before its next billing period, email EnrichedTrade@gmail.com before your next scheduled billing date. Please send the request from, or identify, the email address associated with your account.

We will use the request to stop the next recurring renewal. A cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically create a refund for the current or a previous billing period.

Access after cancellation

When a cancellation is processed, access generally remains available through the end of the paid billing period and ends when that period expires. The checkout terms shown for your purchase and the confirmation of your cancellation apply if they differ.

Request a refund review

If you would like us to review a charge, email EnrichedTrade@gmail.com with your account email address, purchase date, and a concise description of the issue.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case, subject to applicable law, the Terms & Conditions, and any checkout terms presented for the purchase. Sending a request does not guarantee a refund.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
